For Good Friday, here is the famous aria Erbarme dich from Johann Sebastian Bach’s St. Matthew Passion, with mezzosoprano Marianna Pizzolato.
If you have three spare hours, I would listen to the whole thing. You should do this at least once in your life.
what instrument do you play?

i’ll probably listen to that when i’m ‘multitasking’—bach is ok. i would also reccomend listening to ‘holiday in cambodia’ by the DK’s (dead kennedy’s punk band, on youtube—saw em a few times and there were many conflicts) its all of less than 5 minutes. someone i know worked in cambodia with doctors without borders—last time i saw him was kayaking—i had never kayaked before so i was in the passenger seat (see ‘the passenger’ by iggy pop, also on youtube—american classical music), and he topsized his kayak so i had to get out , drag him and his kayak to shore, and i learned to kayak—he was the passenger. (he’s from louvain la neuve belgium —famous for von Parijis—guaranteed income . some of that is also related to the ‘brussels school’–prigogine, and ronald graham , h haken (synergetics) , hio, etc. also dealt with path integrals and quasipotentials.
